🧼 Cleaning & Damage Policy
Cleaning Standards
We maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation for every property. Guests are expected to leave the property in a reasonable condition.
Excess Cleaning Fees
Additional charges may apply if:
• The property is left excessively dirty
• Rubbish is not disposed of
• Items require special removal
Damage
• Any damage must be reported immediately
• Repair or replacement costs will be charged to the responsible party
• Unreported damage may incur additional fees

🐾 Pet Policy
Pet acceptance varies by property. Where pets are permitted:
• Approval must be obtained in advance
• Additional cleaning fees may apply
• Pets must not be left unattended

• Early check‑in may be available on request

• Late check‑out must be arranged in advance
